What is this? A databaseless content management system? Way cool. I always wanted something faster than a speeding bullet, and there is nothing faster in the world than a CMS that does not need a database to run. It just uses local files. How clever is that?
And yes, pages get cached as well — after templates and content are used to generate pages, then they go back into the disk cache, and, from there, into memory, and distributed to the content delivery network I use.
This is pretty cool. Sure, there aren't many bells and whistles. This is not WordPress. But it certainly does the job. And curiously (or perhaps not!) it's certainly loosely based on WordPress — close enough that some insane people have bothered to copy some popular WP themes into this platform.
Ok, so I'm impressed.
